At Bumi Flower Studio, each piece is thoughtfully handmade and carefully prepared with love and attention to detail. As many of our products feature real dried, preserved and natural botanical materials, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

Please read our refund and returns policy before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Handmade & Natural Variations

Many Bumi pieces are individually handmade using natural materials such as dried and preserved flowers, gum leaves, gumnuts and other Australian botanicals.

Variations in colour, shape, size, texture and flower placement are completely natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

Product photographs are provided as a guide, and your handmade piece may vary slightly from the item pictured.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Please carefully check your selections, colours, personalisation and other details before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if we haven't started creating your piece yet.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care when creating and packaging every Bumi order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please get in touch as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once we’ve had a look, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Caring for Botanical Pieces

Dried and preserved botanicals are naturally delicate. A small amount of shedding, movement or changes over time can occur and are part of the nature of these materials.

To help your piece last, keep it away from excessive moisture, prolonged direct sunlight and rough handling.

Damage caused by incorrect care, storage or accidental damage cannot be refunded or replaced.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on earrings.

If there is an issue with your earrings when they arrive, please contact us so we can help.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us.

Returns

Please contact Bumi Flower Studio before returning an item.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as we’ll need to discuss the issue and provide return instructions where necessary.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
